When we stop trying to paddle upstream, against our very nature, and just relax and allow and let the current carry us in ways that come naturally to us, honoring who we are, life is so much easier. We must ask ourselves: are we creating life-giving energy by our thoughts? Or are we creating life-limiting energy? We have the right to refuse, to say no, to stand up for ourselves, say YES for ourselves. We have the right to energize our own beings by choosing what feels right to us.
