I have been so moved by Lisa’s ability to be present and inspiring and totally humble in the moment. When Lisa was here in Hawaii, she gave a one-day workshop. I got to go to it!

And despite just having gone through some pretty major physical illness that would have floored anybody else, she was incredible. Her dedication, passion and energy were high. She walked us through the basics of how to get going if you’re down and out, then led us through several more steps. Definitely not a sit-there-all-day kind of workshop!

I really enjoyed how she’d speak about a subject, then take you through a process experientially to get it in your own body/mind system.

She really knows her stuff–I can just see her working with kids (her main focus) who are antsy and rebellious–she’s got them nailed. If you (or your kids) get a chance to work with Lisa in person, I’d say go for it!

Part I:

Lately, people have been writing who want to develop their self-esteem, confidence and courage – especially in terms of getting the word out about their business, or in actually having the courage to let go of the old same-old same-old business as usual they find themselves stuck in, so they can find and live their Dreams.
