INTEGRATING COLOR
I’ve been thinking about how, in wintertime, I get the blues so easily – it’s dark, it seems like it’ll never stop raining, it’s chilly (well, for us!), and the days are short.
So after a friend suggested that I think about how I can integrate the colors I love to paint with into my life, now I wait before I get up until I can visualize and make a solid inner connection with bright reds, pinks, fuschias and corals.
I can feel them coursing down my veins – much cheerier – and then I get up. Try it! It works!
