If there is any one person within the EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques – EFTBooks.com ) community for whom I have deep respect (and don’t get me wrong – of course there are others, too!), it is Dr. Patricia Carrington.
Dr. Pat was instrumental in initiating an enormous sea-change within the very process of EFT, by introducing the idea of using EFT not just to clear unwanted emotions, habits, pain and addiction, but then using it for making new choices.
