I want to give you an update on the course that Mina Hobbi and I are hosting.
I’m very pleased to say that the digestive problems I used to experience have completely disppeared, I have way more energy and sleep like a lamb – all night!
I’ll admit I still need to exercise more, but with the combinations of food Mina has us use, I now have the energy to do it.
I’m not the only one, apparently, who is getting good results. Here’s what MM says: Have been completely off sugar for 5 days now…and can now actually button a pair of pants that I could not fit into one week ago. (They’re still uncomfortably tight, but that will soon change!)
My boyfriend got inspired to join me in losing weight…he’s down eight pounds already! (Loves my healthy cooking!) He’s fine with no more “Death by Chocolate” ice cream because he wants to get healthy too! Love, MM -
I figure that if Mina Hobbi can release over 100 pounds of extra weight in less than a year, and has been helping people left and right to do the same, why can’t I? Or you?.
